Biography

I earned my undergraduate degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. After completing my BS, I became so interested in the field that I went on to pursue my Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as well. While working towards my Masters, I had the opportunity to work directly with the implementation of the online program in Health Studies. After completing my MPH, I worked with the School of HHS and assisted with the development of online courses and programs including: Public Health – Health Studies online program, Online Coaching Certificate, Performance Psychology Series, Animal Assisted Therapy, Health and Aging, NCEHEP (North Carolina Effective Health Education Program) and a Geriatric Recreational Therapy Series. Currently, I serve as an advisor and instructor for the online public health program.
