North Carolina Effective Health Education Program (The Online Health Program for NC Physical Education Teachers) OAO staff have developed the North Carolina Effective Health Education Program (NCEHEP) for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to allow North Carolina Physical Education teachers to receive a Health Education endorsement. There are four PDF documents listed below which provide more information about this program and about NC Licensure requirements for teaching Health and Physical Education. You may purchase access to this course and enroll via the online purchase option below, or by sending a check or purchase order to our office. The cost is $180.
